REGISTRATION OF YISHARAL’S TROOPS (NUM.1-2)
A year after Yisharal left Egypt. YAHUSHA spoke to Moses ‘in the wilderness’ of Sinai from the Tabernacle. On the first day of the second month of that year he said, “From the whole community of Yisharal, record the names of all the men twenty years (or older) who are able to go to war. You and Aaron must register them but you’ll need some help (because there’s so many people), so go and grab a family leader from each tribe to assist you . . . these guys:
So Moses and Aaron called together these chosen leaders, assembled the whole community of Yisharal and all the people were registered according to their ancestry by their clans and families. And the men of Yisharal who were twenty years old or older were listed one by one and Moses recorded their names in the wilderness of Sinai, just as YAHUSHA had instructed him and the total of them able to fight in battle was 603,550. EPHRAIM & MANASSEH REPLACED JOSEPH.
But this total did not include the Levites, for YAHUSHA had said to Moses “Do not include the tribe of Levi in the registration and do not count them with the rest of the Yisharalites, but put them in charge of the Tabernacle of the Blood-Covenant Witness, along with all its furnishings and equipment. They must carry the Tabernacle and all its stuff as you travel, and they must take care of it and camp right around it”. THEIR JOB WAS TO KEEP THE PORTAL OF YAHUSHA’S ESTEEM OPEN !
THE PURPOSE OF THIS CENSUS WAS TO ORGANISE AN ARMY FOR THE UPCOMING WAR TO TAKE THE PROMISED LAND. USUALLY A CENSUS WAS TAKEN BEFORE AND AFTER A BATTLE TO DETERMINE EXACTLY HOW MUCH LIFE HAD BEEN LOST. EVEN THOUGH THE SCRIPTURES HAVE BEEN PROMOTED AS A BOOK OF LOVE AND PEACE, IT’S ALSO A WAR MANUAL TO PREPARE US HOW TO WALK WITH YAHUSHA IN A WORLD FULL OF HOSTILE WALKING DEAD. DID YOU THINK YISHARAL’S JOURNEY TO THE PROMISED LAND WAS GOING TO BE A PIECE OF CAKE? NO WAY, NOT FOR THEM OR US! ONCE WE ARE DELIVERED THROUGH YAHUSHA’S BLOOD AND CLEANSED THROUGH THE WATERS OF IMMERSION, WE’VE ONLY JUST ENLISTED INTO THE ARMY. REMEMBER THE SCRIPTURES ESTABLISH THE PATTERN THAT ALL BELIEVERS WILL GO THROUGH ON THEIR PATH OF OVERCOMING EVIL AND WE’RE NOT GOING TO SUCCEED IN OUR DAY AS A SOLDIER WITHOUT THE CONNECTION TO YAHUSHA THROUGH THE PORTAL HE’S OPENED WITHIN US AND DRAWING FROM HIS NINE BEHAVIOURAL FRUITS AND INSTRUCTIONS, WIELDING THEM IN BATTLE.
“Whenever it’s time for the Tabernacle to move, the Levites will take it all down, and when it’s time to stop, they will set it all up again. BUT ANY UNAUTHORISED PERSON WHO GOES TOO CLOSE TO THE TABERNACLE MUST BE PUT TO DEATH! Each tribe of Yisharal will camp in a designated area with its own family banner, but the Levites will camp around the Tabernacle of the Blood-Covenant Witness to protect the community of Yisharal from My anger. The Levites are responsible to stand guard around the Tabernacle. When Yisharal sets up camp, each tribe will be assigned its own area. The tribal divisions will camp beneath their family banners on all four sides of the Tabernacle, but at some distance from it.” So Yisharal did everything just as YAHUSHA had instructed Moses.
