WORMWOOD (DEUT 29)
So Moses finished telling the Yisharalites what they had to do in order to obey the Blood-Covenant that Yahuah was making with them in Moab (according to the behaviours previously taught and established at Sinai), then he called the nation of Yisharal together and told them:
“When you were in Egypt, you saw Yahuah perform great miracles that caused trouble for the Pharaoh, his officials, and everyone else in the country. For goodness sake He’s even told you, “For forty years I, Yahuah, led you through the desert, but your clothes and your sandals didn’t wear out, and you had no lavish bread or wine, but the special food that I provided, so that you’d realise and know without a shadow of a doubt that I am your Alahim.” But it’s not until here, today that Yahuah is giving you a change of heart to truly understand (with open eyes and ears) what you’ve seen and heard these past forty years.
When we first camped here, King Sihon of Heshbon and King Og of Bashan attacked, but we defeated them. Then we captured their land and divided it among the tribes of Reuben, Gad, and half of Manasseh.
So never forget that Yahuah has made a Blood-Covenant of Deliverance with you, and if you keep your part and behave obediently, you’ll be successful in everything you do. Yes! Today everyone in our nation is standing here in Yahuah’s presence, including leaders and officials, parents and children, and even those foreigners who cut wood and carry water for us. We are all here to promise that we will keep the promise we made with Yahuah our Alahim.
In this Blood-Covenant, Yahuah promised that you would be His people and that He would be your Alahim. He first made this promise to your ancestors Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and today Yahuah is making this same promise to you. But it isn’t just for you, but also for all your descendants too.
Most of you can remember when we lived in Egypt, and you saw their abominations, bowing down to worship disgusting idols of wood, stone, silver, and gold. Then as we traveled through other nations, you saw those people doing the same thing too, and you know how Yahuah feels about that behaviour. So make sure that everyone in your tribe remains true and obedient to Yahuah and never starts bowing down to the fake deities of the outside nations.
BECAUSE EVEN IF ONLY ONE OF YOU BEGINS TO BEHAVE THAT KIND OF EVIL, IT WILL PRODUCE A ROOT THAT SPREADS THE POISONOUS CURSE OF BITTER WORMWOOD THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE NATION. WHEN WE DISOBEY THE INSTRUCTIONS OF YAHUSHA, WE’VE EATEN WORMWOOD AND OUR BEHAVIOUR CHANGES *
You may well be a Yisharalite and know all about Yahuah’s Blood-Covenant with us, but He certainly won’t bless you if you rebel against Him. So don’t go prancing around, chest puffed out thinking you’re in a healthy peaceful relationship with Yahuah, cause you’re just drunk on delusion if you think you can get away with dirty behaviour, and you’ll cause the rest of Yisharal to be punished along with you. Then Yahuah will be furious, and instead of forgiving you, He’ll separate you from the other tribes, before destroying you, piling on you all the curses in this Book of His Instructions, and you’ll be forgotten forever as though you never even existed.
Then Yahuah will strike your country with diseases and disasters and your descendants and foreigners from distant countries will see that your land has become a scorching desert of salt and sulfur, where nothing is planted, nothing sprouts, and nothing grows. It will be as lifeless as the land around the cities of Sodom, Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboiim, after Yahuah became angry and destroyed them.
And people from other nations will ask, “Why did Yahuah destroy this country? Why was He so furious?” And they’ll be told, “Because they broke their Blood-Covenant of Deliverance with Yahuah, that He made with them after He brought them out of Egypt. They rejected Him and decided to bow down to other deities that had never ever helped them. You see Yahuah had forbidden Yisharal to worship these false deities, so He became furious and punished the land with all the curses in the Book of His Divine Laws. Then He pulled up Yisharal by the roots and tossed them into a foreign country, where they still are today".
So just understand that even though Yahuah our Alahim hasn’t revealed every single secret about the past, present or the future with us, He has told us to obey His Instructions, which He gave to us and all our descendants.
HE HAS REVEALED THE BIGGEST SECRET THOUGH, WHICH IS `MESSIAH WITHIN', THE OPEN-PORTAL DOORWAY OF INTIMACY, COMMUNICATION & TRAINING.
REGARDING THIS SECRET (OF MESSIAH WITHIN) WHO GIVES US THE POWER AND THE PASSION TO OBEY YAHUSHA'S INSTRUCTION AND PARTAKE OF HIS LIFE & BLESSINGS . . . LET'S NOW LOOK AT WORMWOOD (THE CURSE OF BITTERNESS GIVEN TO THE EVIL DISOBEDIENT), BECAUSE WE'VE ALL ENDURED CENTURIES OF FALSE TEACHINGS UNDER FALSE SHEPHERDS, EATING THEIR WORMWOOD.
“Obey Yahuah’s instructions and teachings! Because everyone who goes against His words are completely in the dark. They will go from one place to another, weary and hungry, raging and cursing their king and their deities. They will look up to sky and down at the earth, but wherever they look, there will be trouble and terror and dark despair. Then they’ll be thrown out into the darkness”. ISAIAH 20 BRS
AS MOSES HAS BEEN SAYING, OBEDIENCE BRINGS LIFE AND BLESSING, WHILE DISOBEDIENCE BRINGS DEATH AND THE CURSE (WORMWOOD).
PHYSICAL WORMWOOD IS A CURSE OF BITTERNESS AND THIS CAN ALSO REFER TO ASTEROIDS, WAR, POISON, DISEASE, PLAGUES, FLOODS, EARTHQUAKES, RADIATION, CRIME, ETC. (AS MENTIONED IN REVELATION).
SPIRITUAL WORMWOOD IS A CURSE OF BITTERNESS ALSO AND THIS IS SEEN IN THE BEHAVIOUR OF PEOPLE, AND IS THE RESULT OF IGNORING OR ALTERING THE INSTRUCTIONS OF YAHUSHA. IT’S LIKE A PROGRAMMING FLAW, OR A COMPUTER VIRUS, THAT CORRUPTS AND EATS AWAY FROM THE INSIDE.
THE ORIGIN OF THIS WORMWOOD IS THE HIGHER SPIRITUAL REALM, WHERE OUR ENEMY WORKS THROUGH PEOPLE, CORRUPTING THEIR HEARTS WITH STRONGHOLDS (EVIL FALLEN THINKING).
“Look at you turning clean, upright behaviour into bitter wormwood, and destroying obedience in the earth.” AMOS 5 BRS
“And Yahuah says, ‘I destroyed the land because the people have pushed aside My Instructions, which I gave them, and refuse to obey My voice, or walk in the paths of My behaviour, but instead in the stubbornness of their own wicked hearts, following the Baals and fake deities just like their fathers taught them. So yea, I’m making them all eat wormwood, and drink filthy poisoned water. Then I’ll scatter them among the nations, that neither they or their parents have ever known or experienced. And I’ll send a sword after them until I’ve destroyed them all.’” JEREMIAH 9 BRS
SO WE SEE THAT DISOBEDIENCE CAUSES US TO BECOME AN ABOMINATION IN YAHUSHA’S SIGHT, AND UNLESS WE STOP AND OVERCOME THE EVIL THAT WANTS TO USE US, YAHUSHA WILL GIVE US OVER TO WORMWOOD (THE CURSE OF DELUSION, BITTERNESS AND DESTRUCTION).
HOWEVER OBEDIENT BEHAVIOUR WILL RESULT IN THE OPPOSITE HAPPENING TO US:
WHAT DOES
AXLE MEAN ??
AXLE: (HEBREW) 5633 CEREN - a peer, lord, plate.
PLATE: (HEBREW) 2926 TALAT - to strew over, to cover in or plate with beams.
PEER: (HEBREW) 6822 TSAPHAH - to lean forward, to peer into the distance; to observe, await, behold, espy, look up (well), wait for, (keep the) watch(-man).
“Yahuah blesses those who refuse evil council and whose peers and friends aren’t disobedient mockers. Instead, Yahuah’s Instructions make them so excitedly happy, and they think about His living Words all day and night. Indeed they’re like trees growing beside a stream, that always produce delightful fruit (OBEDIENT BEHAVIOUR) in season and always have vibrant leaves (SUCCESS). Yes, you can be sure that those who are obedient succeed in everything they do”. PSALM 1 BRS
The word "Axle" speaks to us of what Yahuah calls "A PEER," and right back in the days of King David we see that Yahusha wants a certain behaviour from His chosen beloved. Following Turah-behaviour, will certainly stand out amongst those around us and our behaviour will reveal their bad behaviour and cause much upset to non-believers, but they will openly see you being blessed right before their very eyes.
`Peer' also means to LOOK AHEAD AND TO WAIT AS A WATCHMAN OBSERVING THE MIRACULOUS WORKINGS OF YAHUSHA TODAY.
SO WE SEE THAT THOSE WHOSE HEARTS (THINKING) ARE IN YAHUSHA’S WORDS ARE LIKE TREES PLANTED BY THE LIVING WATERS AND THOSE WHO MOCK AND CHOOSE EVIL DISOBEDIENCE ARE FORCED TO DRINK THE BITTER WATERS OF WORMWOOD. ONE IS A BLESSING AND THE OTHER IS A CURSE.
FROM PSALM 1 WE ALSO SEE THE IDEA OF A PERSON’S PEERS AND COUNCIL AFFECTING THE WAY THEY END UP FEELING AND BEHAVING (OBEDIENT OR EVIL MOCKERS) . . .
LET’S LOOK AT THE WORD `COUNCIL’
HEBREW UNDERSTANDING:
3245 YACAD - to set, to found; to sit down together, settle, consult, appoint, establish.
3272 YE’AT - to consult together.
3289 YA’ATS - to advise, to deliberate or resolve, advertise, take advise, determine, devise, guide, purpose.
UNDERSTANDING FROM SCRIPTURE:
“I do this so that your hearts are encouraged and uplifted, being joined together in the bond of love, so that they’re confident and wonderfully blessed with a complete understanding of Yahusha’s secrets, cause only in Him can all the mysteries and treasures be unlocked in true wisdom and knowledge. So don’t be fooled by all the lofty, fancy-talk, it means nothing. There’s no truth behind that curtain”. COLOSSIANS 2 BRS
“If any of you want wisdom, just ask Yahuah. You won’t get in trouble for asking and He gives so generously. But if you’re gunna ask, you’d better believe it ok! Because a person who doesn't believe is like a wave in the ocean tossed around in a storm, so if you’re that kind of person, you can’t make up your mind, and you definitely can’t be trusted. So don’t expect Yahusha to give you anything if you’re not going to believe that He can!” JAMES 1 BRS
It's high time all believers should be calling "DUCK FAT" exactly what it is, "DUCK FAT." (swap over the first 2 letters of each word and that is how we should feel about all other counsel and influences other than Yahusha's).
If you haven't been engrafted into Yisharal through immersion in Yahusha's Name and received the Ruach ha'Qodesh (Set-Apart Spirit), THERE’S ABSOLUTELY NO WAY YOU COULD POSSIBLY RECEIVE YAHUSHA'S COUNSEL. If you read the Scriptures without His Spirit you are just reading it as the letter, without the inspiration.
The Hebrew Language and Yahusha’s Words are the only inspired medium between Yahusha and mankind. The Hebrew language completely associates with Scripture, but again without His Spirit, divine knowledge and wisdom is illegible and unattainable to the reader. So most Jews and Christians (who don’t have Yahusha’s Set-Apart Spirit) can only follow false religious doctrines (which brings the curse of bitter wormwood).
Yahusha tells us that we can hear His voice by His Spirit and Word, through the portal of our circumcised hearts. Without this connection with Yahusha, there is no way anyone can understand the "CLEAN" Divine knowledge and wisdom of His counsel. THE DIVINE KNOWLEDGE AND WISDOM IS "THE PURE LIP" AND IS A BEHAVIOURAL LANGUAGE ENTIRELY OF ITS OWN, UNATTAINABLE TO THE UNCLEAN, BECAUSE THIS LANGUAGE IS FOR THE INITIATED OF YAHUSHA, HIS BRIDE.
The language is simple and easy to understand (as we have been showing in our articles) and (as James said) we should be asking Yahusha's counsel in belief and without doubt.
