I HATE DIVORCE (DEUT.24)
Now suppose a woman was divorced by her first husband because he found something immoral or unclean about her behaviour. He wrote out divorce papers, gave them to her, and sent her away. Later she married another man, who then either divorced her in the same way or he died. Since she’s been joined in marriage to her second husband, she cannot marry her first husband again. That would be an abomination to Yahuah and their marriage would pollute the land that He’s giving you.
IT IS INTERESTING THAT ALTHOUGH WE READ OFTEN IN THE SCRIPTURES ABOUT A HEBREW MAN GIVING HIS WIFE A LETTER OF DIVORCE, THERE ARE ACTUALLY NO DIRECT AND DEFINITIVE LAWS OF DIVORCE IN MOSES` WRITINGS. IN OTHER WORDS, WHILE WE DO FIND DIVINE LAWS ABOUT MARRIAGE AND EVEN RE-MARRIAGE, WE DON’T FIND PROCEDURES OR RULES ABOUT HOW OR WHY DIVORCE WAS ACCOMPLISHED. APPARENTLY SINCE DIVORCE WAS SO CUSTOMARY AND USUAL IN THE MIDDLE EAST, THE HEBREWS GENERALLY TOOK IT FOR GRANTED. THE DIVORCE PROTOCOL WAS JUST SO COMMON KNOWLEDGE THAT THE EXPLANATION OF THEM IS NOT EVEN WRITTEN DOWN IN THE SCRIPTURE. WE ONLY GET HINTS AND PIECES IN THE PSALMS, THE PROPHETS, AND IN PROVERBS AND IN A FEW OF THE SCRIPTURAL NARRATIVE STORIES.
SO IF A MAN DECIDES TO DIVORCE HIS WIFE, AND THEN SHE GOES AND GETS REMARRIED TO ANOTHER MAN; AND THEN HER NEW HUSBAND EITHER DIES OR HE, TOO, DIVORCES THIS WOMAN, SHE CANNOT REMARRY HER ORIGINAL HUSBAND. WHY?
MANY BELIEVE THIS DIVINE LAW WAS TO STOP WHAT WAS ESSENTIALLY A RAMPANT WIFE SWAPPING SCHEME WHEREBY A MAN WOULD MARRY AND THEN (BY DESIGN), DIVORCE HIS WIFE, TAKE ON ANOTHER FOR A SHORT-TERM `ROMP IN THE SACK’, REMARRY HIS FIRST WIFE AND THEN REPEAT THIS PROCESS FAIRLY OFTEN WITH OTHER WOMEN. THE IDEA WAS THAT BY LEGALLY MARRYING AND DIVORCING AND MARRYING AGAIN AND DIVORCING AGAIN HE WOULD BE HAVING HIS SEXUAL LUSTS MET WITH DIFFERENT WOMEN BECAUSE TECHNICALLY HE WAS MARRIED TO EACH WOMAN……EVEN IF IT WAS ONLY FOR A FEW DAYS. THEREFORE HE WOULD NOT BE BREAKING THE DIVINE LAWS OF ADULTERY BY HAVING SEX OUTSIDE OF HIS MARRIAGE OR OUTSIDE OF WEDLOCK. MANKIND IS ALWAYS LOOKING FOR LOOPHOLES EH. BUT LET’S BE CLEAR: YAHUSHA DOES NOT CONDONE DIVORCE, INFACT IN MALACHI 2 HE SAYS HE OUTRIGHT HATES IT.
“You say all innocently 'Why isn’t Yahuah please with us?' Because He witnesses you cheating on your wife, the woman you married when you were young. You entered a marriage-covenant with her, but now you’ve broken that promise. Didn’t Yahuah create the man and woman as ONE in the beginning, with a portion of His Spirit within them? So what use is it them being alone and apart? He created the husband and wife for family, to reproduce, have children and fill the earth. So pull yourselves together and stop being so cruel to your wives, for “I HATE DIVORCE” Yahuah says, “And anyone treating their wives in such a hideous, treacherous way”. So knock it off !! SO NO MATTER WHAT LOOPHOLES THE MEN OF YISHARAL THINK THEY'VE FOUND, AND NO MATTER WHAT REASONS YAHUSHA ALLOWS, WE'VE JUST READ HERE FIRST-HAND HOW YAHUSHA REALLY FEELS ABOUT DIVORCE: HE HATES IT. HATE IS A PRETTY STRONG WORD ISN'T IT, THERE'S NO WIGGLE ROOM. HE'S NOT IMPRESSED, AND EVEN IF HE'S ALLOWED IT, OR EVEN DONE IT HIMSELF (WITH YISHARAL), MAKE NO MISTAKE: IT'S NOT WHAT HE INTENDED OR DESIGNED FOR HIS CREATION.
THE REASON STATED HERE IN DEUTERONOMY FOR THE 1ST HUSBAND NOT BEING ALLOWED TO REMARRY THE EX-WIFE IS BECAUSE SHE IS NOW DEFILED. THEREFORE IF THAT 1ST HUSBAND DID SUCH A THING AS TO REMARRY AN EX-WIFE UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES HE’D BRING DOWN THAT DEFILEMENT UPON THE LAND OF YISHARAL AND THE LAND IS WAY TOO SET-APART AND SPECIAL TO ALLOW THAT.
WHEN IT SAYS THAT THE REASON THE MAN DIVORCES HIS WIFE IS BECAUSE (DEPENDING ON YOUR TRANSLATION) SHE LOSES FAVOR IN HIS EYES, OR HE FINDS SOMETHING OBNOXIOUS OR UNCLEAN ABOUT HER (INFIDELITY), OR HE HATES HER, OR SHE DISPLEASES HIM, THIS IS NOT AN ATTEMPT TO CREATE AN EXHAUSTIVE LIST OF DIVINELY ACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR A MAN TO DIVORCE HIS WIFE. THIS IS SIMPLY A GENERAL EXPLANATION THAT OBVIOUSLY THE MAN DOESN’T WANT HER ANYMORE FOR WHATEVER REASON. AND IT IS ALSO NOT SAYING THAT IT’S FINE IN YAHUSHA’S EYES EITHER THAT A MAN DOESN’T REALLY HAVE TO HAVE A GOOD REASON TO DIVORCE.
THIS DIVINE LAW WAS SO VAGUE THAT WE FIND PAUL COMMENTING ON WHAT HE BELIEVES IS THE ONLY GOOD REASONS FOR DIVORCE AND EVEN THEN THE WHOLE THING IS VERY DISTASTEFUL AND UGLY AT BEST. THE TRUTH IS THAT DIVORCE IS PRIMARILY A FAILURE OF MARRIAGE. THAT IS, WHILE MARRIAGE IS AN INSTITUTION, DIVORCE IS NOT AN INSTITUTION, BUT AN IMPROPERLY BROKEN UNION.
REMEMBER ALSO THAT IN THE SCRIPTURE ERA IT WAS MEN WHO DID THE DIVORCING. SO DON’T STRETCH THIS MEANING TO SAY THAT WHILE A MAN CAN DIVORCE HIS WIFE FOR HER ADULTERY, A WOMAN CAN NOT DIVORCE A MAN FOR HIS. ACCORDING TO THIS DIVINE LAW IN DEUT 24 THERE IS NO OBJECTION TO A MAN DIVORCING HIS WIFE (AND TECHNICALLY VICE VERSA) AND THEN THEM GETTING REMARRIED. THE PROHIBITION AGAINST REMARRIAGE IS ONLY AS CONCERNS ONE PARTNER GETTING MARRIED TO ANOTHER PERSON IN THE INTERIM.

Likewise if your husband doesn’t believe or follow Yahusha, but is willing to stay with you, don’t divorce him. The unbelieving husband or wife is protected and made set-apart through you, and this also makes your children clean and acceptable in Yahusha's sight. However if an unbelieving husband or wife choose to be separated and be divorced then you should allow it. You are no longer bound to that person and they should not be forced to stay with you like slave. Set them free! Release them! YAHUSHA USED HIS FOLLOWERS TO RE-EXPLAIN THE DIVINE LAWS GIVEN TO MOSES AND HOW TO BEHAVE PROPERLY, WITH THE GOAL OF LOVE. IF THE DIVINE INSTRUCTIONS ARE USED TO DIVIDE AND DESTROY ONE ANOTHER, THEN THEY AREN'T BEING USED PROPERLY ARE THEY! GOOD FRUIT (BEHAVIOUR) IS PRODUCED BY GOOD TREES (CONDITION OF THE SOIL/HEART) AND BAD FRUIT IS PRODUCED BY BAD TREES, AND A BROKEN MARRIAGE IS CERTAINLY BAD FRUIT IN ITSELF. IT'S EASY TO SEE A PERSON INTERPRETING AND USING YAHUSHA'S INSTRUCTIONS PROPERLY BECAUSE THE RESULT OF THEIR FRUIT WILL BE LOVE.
Yahusha states that He hates divorce, so naturally we all know that the primary target of Satan is to destroy all marriage, which is the foundational covenant formed in the bond of love and established by Yahusha Himself at Creation.
YAHUSHA SAID:
"'Did you not read that He Who made them at the beginning made them both male and female, and said, 'This is why a man must leave his father and mother to embrace and cherish his woman as they come together as one flesh'. Therefore, if Yahuah has joined two people together, no one is allowed to come between them and separate them'. They (the Pharisees) said to Him, 'Why then did Moses tell the men to give their wives a certificate of divorce, and put them away?’ Yahusha said to them, ‘Because of the hardness of your hearts, Moses allowed you to divorce your wives, but from the beginning it was not the intended behavior. And I say to you, whoever divorces his wife, except on the grounds of whoring, and marries another, commits adultery. And whoever marries a woman who's been divorced commits adultery.’” MATT 19 BRS

Whether a relationship is an abomination, or a marriage depends solely on who's perspective is considered. Marriage has always been the Covenant-Bond from which a human family results, and off-spring is the goal. The persons involved, the State, or a religious institution cannot establish a Marriage, since the Creator is the only One Who brings together the components for which they were created. The persons involved, the State, or a religious institution can only accept or reject this Truth.
The Facilitator of Marriage is Yahusha. He is the Potter, we are the clay. Only what He calls a Marriage is what matters. And only what He calls an Abomination (LGBTQI) is what matters. The State or a religious institution cannot create the Covenant of Marriage, it is only assumed. Yahusha alone brings together who He does to serve His purposes.
YAHUSHA LOVES MARRIAGE AND HATES DIVORCE AND SATAN IS THE EXACT OPPPOSITE!
QUESTION: If a person is legally separated from their spouse and have not divorced, can the separated person date or fall in love with another and have a relationship until they divorce their former spouse?
ANSWER: The separation itself in Yahusha’s eyes is a “divorce” if you think carefully about what it means to not be with your spouse. We are united by Yahusha as one, and He hates what we call “divorce.” We are here to help one another. He has no concern whatsoever with what men call “legal separation.” If we are not with our spouse, we are neglecting our spouse. Yahusha would have the same opinion today as He had 2000 years ago. There’s no allowances for “falling in love” with someone else in His Instructions, because YAHUSHA IS ALL ABOUT RESTORATION AND FORGIVENESS.
If we see ourselves in our relationship with Him as a marriage, and we understand He went to great lengths to reconnect and restore us to Himself by surrendering and dying to Himself, then husbands should love their wives in the same way in order to “rescue” them (if they're unbelieving) and likewise a wife will save her husband too through her behaviour of loving-obedience and respect. Nothing else will work.
If we are serious about Him truly living in us, we no longer live, but He lives through us. Our whole being is dedicated to Him, and our life while in the flesh becomes His vessel. If our fruits (behavior) are not His, we are holding-back something from Him. He wants all of us, all the time. We should seek to be so dedicated to our spouse in the same way.
If a man and a woman have been married less than one year, he must not be sent off to war or sent away to do forced labor. He must be allowed to stay home for a year and get to know his wife and be happy with her. (AND TO START A FAMILY)
ON THE SURFACE THIS JUST SEEMS LIKE A VERY NICE THING TO DO (GIVING A NEW BRIDE AND GROOM A YEAR TO BE TOGETHER AND ENJOY EACH OTHER’S COMPANY BEFORE THE HUSBAND HAS TO LEAVE FOR WAR). BUT THE “HAPPINESS” THAT THE MAN BRINGS HIS NEW WIFE HAS MORE TO DO WITH HER GETTING PREGNANT AND GIVING BIRTH THAN SIMPLY THE PLEASURE AND EXCITEMENT TYPICAL OF NEWLYWEDS (ALTHOUGH ALLOWING TIME FOR THAT INDEED IS PART OF THE PURPOSE). UNLIKE TODAY, WHERE RECENTLY MARRIED COUPLES TRY TO PUT OFF HAVING CHILDREN UNTIL THEY HAVE SETTLED INTO THEIR MARRIED LIFE AND HAD A SUFFICIENT AMOUNT OF TIME AS JUST “A COUPLE”, IN THE SCRIPTURAL ERA IT WAS THE GREATEST HOPE THAT ON THEIR WEDDING NIGHT THE NEW WIFE WOULD ACTUALLY BECOME PREGNANT. HAVING CHILDREN (AND HOPEFULLY A SON) WAS EVERYTHING FOR A NEW FAMILY; AND ESPECIALLY SO IN THE CASE WHERE A MAN IS SOON LEAVING TO FIGHT IN BATTLE WITH THE REAL POSSIBILITY THAT HE MAY DIE. HAVING A SON MEANT THAT MAN’S LIFE ESSENCE AND BLOODLINE WOULD CARRY ON; AND FOR THE WIFE IT MEANT THAT SHE WOULD NOT HAVE TO BEAR THE SHAME OF HAVING BEEN MARRIED BUT NOT PRODUCING CHILDREN. REMEMBER: FOR THE HEBREWS THE PRIMARY DUTY THEY BORE IN THE BLOOD COVENANT PROMISE TO ABRAHAM WAS TO BE FRUITFUL (TO REPRODUCE). FOR A MAN OR WOMAN TO FAIL TO PROCREATE WAS A FAILURE TO LIVE UP TO THAT BLOOD-COVENANT AND IT WAS VERY SERIOUS MATTER THAT BROUGHT GREAT PUBLIC SHAME.
When you lend money to people, you are allowed to keep something of theirs as a guarantee that they will pay back the loan. But don’t take one or both of their millstones, or else they may starve. They need these stones for grinding grain into flour to make bread.
NO MATTER WHAT THE SITUATION MIGHT BE, IT IS MORALLY REPREHENSIBLE TO TAKE FROM A PERSON THE ONLY MEANS THEY HAVE TO MAKE A LIVING, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT IS MERELY TO GUARANTEE OR SATISFY A LOAN.

ONLY THE PRIESTHOOD CAN DEAL WITH A SKIN INFECTION BECAUSE IT IS PRIMARILY A SPIRITUAL ISSUE, AND ONLY TO A LESSER DEGREE IS IT A MEDICAL PROBLEM. IT IS SEEN AS THE OUTWARD RESULT OF AN INNER STATE OF RITUAL DEFILEMENT AND AN OUTWARD ILLUSTRATION OF HOW YAHUSHA SEES THE INNER SPIRITUAL CONDITION OF HUMANS: DISEASED, CORRUP AND UNCLEAN. THEREFORE WHEN A HEBREW HAD AN OUTBREAK OF INFECTION ON THEIR SKIN, THEY WERE SEPARATED FROM THE REST OF YISHARAL; THEY WERE FORCIBLY PUT OUTSIDE THE CAMP IF THEY BALKED AT GOING OUT ON THEIR OWN VOLITION. AND OUTSIDE THE CAMP THEY REMAINED UNTIL THERE WAS NO FURTHER SIGN OF THE INFECTION; AND FOR SOME YISHARALITES THAT WOULD BE FOR THE REMAINDER OF THEIR LIVES.
When you lend money to people, you are allowed to keep something of theirs as a guarantee that the money will be paid back. But you must not go into their house to get it. Wait outside, and they will bring out the item you have agreed on. Suppose someone is so poor that a coat is the only thing that can be offered as a guarantee on a loan. Don’t keep the coat overnight. Instead, give it back before sunset, so the owner can keep warm and sleep and ask Yahuah to bless you and He’ll will notice that you have done the right thing. If you hire poor people to work for you, don’t hold back their pay, whether they are Yisharalites or foreigners who live in your town. Pay them their wages at the end of each day, because they live in poverty and need the money to survive. If you don’t pay them on time, they will complain about you to Yahuah, and He’ll punish you. Parents must not be put to death for crimes committed by their children, and children must not be put to death for crimes committed by their parents. Don’t put anyone to death for someone else’s crime.
THAT IS THE PARENTS MAY NOT BE PUT TO DEATH FOR SOMETHING THEIR CHILDREN DID, AND VICE VERSA. THERE IS A SUBSTANTIAL DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THIS INSTRUCTION AND A PRINCIPLE OF VERTICAL RETRIBUTION, WHICH PUTS THE PUNISHMENT FOR TRESPASSING AGAINST YAHUSHA UPON DESCENDANTS, SEVERAL GENERATIONS DOWN THE TRACK. THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THIS LAW AGAINST TRANS-GENERATIONAL PUNISHMENT AND VERTICAL RETRIBUTION IS THAT VERTICAL RETRIBUTION IS NOT PART OF THE CIVIL OR CRIMINAL LAW CODE. VERTICAL RETRIBUTION IS DECIDED ON AND CARRIED OUT EXCLUSIVELY BY YAHUSHA. IT IS HIS PREROGATIVE TO DECIDE IN WHAT SITUATIONS TO INVOKE THE PRINCIPAL OF VERTICAL RETRIBUTION, OR NOT. Make sure that orphans and foreigners are treated fairly. And if you lend money to a widow and want to keep something of hers to guarantee that she will pay you back, don’t take any of her clothes. Remember you were slaves in Egypt until Yahuah your Alahim rescued you and that’s why I’m giving you these Divine Laws. If you forget to bring in a stack of harvested grain, don’t go back in the field to get it. Leave it for the poor, including foreigners, orphans, and widows, and Yahuah will make you successful in everything you do. And when you harvest your olives, don’t try to get them all for yourself, but leave some for the poor. And when you pick your grapes, go over the vines only once, then let the poor have what is left. You lived in poverty as slaves in Egypt until Yahuah your Alahim rescued you, so that’s why I’m giving you these Divine Laws.

WHEN YAHUSHA’S SPOKE TO ABRAHAM THAT HIS DESCENDANTS WOULD BE LED INTO CAPTIVITY AND REMAIN THERE FOR 4 GENERATIONS, HOW LONG IS A GENERATION?” OR MORE IMPORTANTLY “WHAT IS A GENERATION?” THE 4 GENERATIONS THAT WERE PROPHESIED CONSISTED OF ABRAHAM #1, ISAAC #2, JACOB #3, AND JACOBS 12 SONS THE 12 TRIBES OF YISHARAL #4. IT WOULDN’T BE UNTIL THE 12 TRIBES (THE 4TH GENERATION FROM ABRAHAM) WERE FULLY ESTABLISHED AND BROUGHT TO SOME DIVINELY-DESIGNATED STATE OF FRUITFULNESS AND MATURITY THAT YAHUSHA WOULD LIBERATE THEM FROM CAPTIVITY AND BRING THEM TO THE LAND THAT HE HAD PROMISED ABRAHAM. SO THE 4 GENERATIONS IN THIS PROPHESY WAS NOT SO MUCH ABOUT A PRECISELY DEFINED MEASUREMENT OF TIME AS IT WAS ABOUT THE EVENT (THE EXODUS) OCCURRING WITH THE 4TH GENERATION (THE GENERATION OF THE 12 TRIBES) AS THE PARTICIPANTS.
